Pretty Little Things

I'm still trying to fix my blog layout. I'm not sure if I'm liking the two column get up since I know I'll be posting a lot of large photo related things. But for now, I'm still messing with it. I really wish I learned web design earlier in life. In case you're wondering how I made this layout, I literally had to just mess with all the custom HTML tags that were embedded in the blog. I added some few extra layout things like custom banner and what not but for the most part this is pretty basic. It takes me forever to tweak things because I'm literally just testing everything out along the way and seeing what each HTML tag does if I changed it's elements. But anyway.........

Here are some random pretty little things I found on my computer. Can really tell how much I like PINK hehe.

Misc Vegas edits

Here are a couple more edits that I did while at Vegas that are kinda misc. :)

Mmm Macaroons! Payard is home to some luxury chocolate and sweets! Located at Caesar's Palace.

Cakepops are one of my favorite desserts! Not only do they taste good, they look cute too! This was at Jean-Phillipes sweets store (I forget the actual name) located at Aria.

More macaroons please! This was from the dessert bar at Wicked Spoon buffet! Located at The Cosmopolitan.

Couldn't walk by these sparkling pieces without a capture! Love the Alexander McQueen inspired clutches! Located at the Miracle Mile shops at Planet Hollywood.

It's Autumn ya'll! So expect to see a lot of Autumn inspired interior decorations if you're planning a trip to Vegas this Fall. I love the fake grapes here. They look so real! Located at The Venetian.

Arghh matey! A secret pirate's cove right in the middle of Vegas you say? This was part of the ship's flag on display near Treasure Island.

More Autumn decorations! This one was taken at The Bellagio gardens! They change up the scenery there every season.

If you've been to Vegas, you'll notice the overpass walkways have plexiglass that keep you from jumping off the overpass. It's really annoying sometimes because the best views of Vegas are sometimes on those overpasses but the plexiglass protector glares reflections so you can't really take nice photos. I thought this was an interesting take at that though. Here I'm standing at the overpass walkaway between The Wynn and The Palazzo. There was some interesting writing or scratching on the plexiglass and I thought it would make for an interesting photo.

And yours truly! I was freaking obsessed with this mirror above my bed! haha! I was staying at Caesar's Palace and I've never been in a hotel that has a mirror above the bed. I'm pretty sure the intentions for them are.....well.....for private enjoyment...lol but for camerawhores, this is awesome okay! It's like, someone took my photograph from the ceiling. I'll just say that's what happened. :P

On the ferry from Port Angeles towards Seattle. The view is awesome. :3

We discovered this super cute cupcake place! They have yummy salted caramel ice cream! If you know anything about Seattle is that they take pride in their "seasalt" and it's damn good.
The famous Pike's Place fish market

We had lunch here. Scallop and garlic fries :3 No photos cuz I was too sleepy lol

A nice photo of me and my bf Patrick. We never take pictures so this is a rarity. lol

Patrick's mom lives out in Port Angeles, Washington. It's basically in buttf**k middle of nowhere like literally. If you've ever seen or read 'Twilight' they filmed some parts in this area and it's like a really small town. There's not much to do but I love Pat's mom so it's totally worth it. XD She cooks us bomb food. HOMG. I can't even begin to talk about that right now especially with our empty fridge ;____;

We spent a week there but we mostly just stayed home and chilled. On our last day back, which was actually today.....we had a huge gap between our flight time so we had time to check out Seattle and stuff again. I love the 75degrees weather over there, while California has been dying of heat stroke. lol. I definitely do not look forward to going back to school. I have so much freaking homework it's ridiculous. Le sigh. Even though I hate the heat in Cali right now, I kinda missed being back in Cali. I guess I'm a true city girl afterall! I also am having incredible withdrawals from not seeing my Jaxxy poo :( my kitty cat!!! I missed him soooooo much. I'm home now but I still can't see him because he's back at Pat's dad's place in Oxnard, which is like 2hrs from where we live. We probably won't pick him up until Friday night or Saturday night :( Who knew I'd be so attached to my kitty. I used to really dislike cats. But after all, Jax is my baby. <3

Oh and we also watched The Candidate with Will Ferrell and Zack Galifrankaijals;dka......ok I never remember how to spell his name T___T but I love that guy! The movie was okay. I thought it could do without the raunchy humor because I kinda hate raunchy humor unless it's done in a subtle or in a really exaggerated way. But it was a good way to kill time and I still laughed.
